What is a good university to study website design?

I am doing a diploma in IT at the moment, and I am now looking at university courses for next year. What are some of the good universities for studying website design in the UK? I am looking to do a honours degree or a foundation degree.

There are two parts to a website; the graphics and the things that you can do with the site. Two different skill sets and taught quite differently. Some people will claim to be able do both but they require different kinds of brain so it isn’t really possible.

To study graphic design you will need to go to Art school.

For the ‘parts that move’ you will read Computing at a regular uni. This will give you the skills to create the dynamic part of the website plus teach you many other important areas relating to websites such as security, databases, distributed processing etc.
